We provide pest control services as outlined in your service agreement, including scope, pricing, and schedule.

3. Communication Consent

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive calls and texts from us, including automated and AI-assisted communications. Calls may be recorded for quality and training. You can opt out anytime by requesting it or replying STOP to texts.

4. AI Voice Assistant

Some calls may be handled by an AI system to improve speed and availability. You can request a human representative at any time.

5. SMS Messaging Terms

Alder Pest Control Alabama LLC d/b/a Alder Pest Control operates SMS programs for appointment reminders, scheduling updates, service notifications, customer-care messages, special offers, discounts, and pest-control promotions. Users receive only the categories of messages for which they provided affirmative consent.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After receiving STOP, we will send a final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no additional messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
